If you are an REEGT looking to take your career to the next level, we have a team management role in Central AR that you may find appealing. This is a rare opportunity to step into a regional oversight position and help propel a group of experienced EEG professionals. Account management, daily operations, scheduling, and training would all fall under your domain. This is a company that embraces creativity, and we welcome thought leaders who can bring new/better ideas to the table!
Position details and requirements:
Clinical and Managerial Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of clinical EEG experience (REEGT required, CLTM optional). While we prefer prior management experience, any candidate that exhibits leadership skills may be considered. This includes those who are ambitious and seek their first crack at leadership.
Environment: This is a smaller team (5-6 professionals) that is well-versed in providing coverage for routine EEGs at two local medical centers. The team provides coverage for both day and overnight shifts. While you are not required to participate in coverage duties, you may occasionally fill in during emergencies. Your role will be varied and interesting! Several key functions include team scheduling, account management, executing industry best practices, hiring staff, establishing quality assurance protocols, and seeking opportunities to expand services across the region.
Clinical Coverage: You are only expected to fill in when staff is unavailable. We anticipate this would be quite rare and only encompass 15% of your time. This is not a “staff position.”
Travel: None
Scheduling: You will have a predictable, M-F schedule. Staff techs on your team work three, 12-hour shifts and one, half-day shift. Team members also rotate on call, although you would not be expected to participate.
Services Provided: Routine EEGs in a medical center environment, primarily focused on epilepsy centers. No ambulatory home visits or ICU coverage.
Location: Little Rock, AR
Compensation: Negotiable base salary, depending upon clinical and managerial experience + yearly performance bonus + 100% paid HC insurance + Relocation (if needed). Benefits include “unlimited” PTO (within reason) and a fabulous 401k plan (unprecedented 5% matching).
