Although we are primarily seeking full-timers, we will consider those looking for part-time or contract work. We are also willing to provide alternative schedules/compensation models that suit your individual needs.
Location: Home office, any US State
Role: Real-time, continuous remote Intraoperative Monitoring of adult and pediatric patients across multiple states
Required Experience: At least 1 year of IOM experience preferred; we will consider those who have less experience if they have just completed their fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology. Board certification or eligibility with plan for certification in Neurology (+/- special qualification in Child Neurology) and Clinical Neurophysiology is required.
Team: Join a group of highly experienced and well-trained Clinical Neurophysiologists that have experienced virtually no turnover in the past 6 years. Those who join the team…stay!
CME: You will have a yearly CME stipend.
Corporate Structure: This is a practice run by Neurologists for Neurologists. There are no external stakeholders, investors, or executives to consider. Most Neurologists joined because they lacked control over their destiny with larger, national IOM companies that answer to non-physicians.
Compensation: Total compensation is very highly competitive and is dependent upon experience and your specific work schedule but could reach $300,000. For salaried positions all benefits, insurance, and licensure fees will be included as part of the overall compensation. Independent contractors would have a separate compensation structure.
Workload: Each day is typically 8-10 hours in length with longer days on call, covering call around once per week. We may also entertain those who prefer a schedule without or with minimal call coverage. Do you want a unique schedule? Talk to us and see what we can work out. All of the professional oversight is performed by board-certified Neurologists (not AuD’s, or DABNM’s), so if a case runs long, you can comfortably and easily swap out with a colleague.
Benefits: HC insurance with an 80/20 split, 3 weeks of PTO, and CME stipend. All expenses associated with state licensure, hospital privileges, and home office infrastructure are covered. Each Neurologist is also provided internet and a backup battery.
