Position details and requirements:
- Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of clinical IOM experience. We can consider CNIM-eligible candidates, as well.
- Case load: You’ll cover roughly 4 cases per week. A given week can vary from 2-4 days, depending on case length and type. Bonuses will kick in if you exceed this hurdle in any given month.
- Case Breakdown: 60% spine, 30% crani’s, 10% ENT
- Location: Lubbock, TX (West TX is inexpensive — you can buy a home here on an IOM salary)
- Compensation: Base salary in the $90k-$100k range + bonus plan + call pay + full benefits package. You can count on taking home 6-figures yearly.
- Call Requirement: You’ll be on call one weekend per month, but you will be called infrequently. The surgeons in this region prefer to stabilize patients and perform surgeries M-F. Call is paid, if you are summoned for a case.
