We have a unique opportunity for an IOM professional in Denver, CO. Would you enjoy working consistently with the same surgeons at only 3 hospitals? Position details and requirements:
- Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of clinical IOM experience + CNIM certification
- Environment: Work consistently with the same surgeon, resulting in great chemistry and trust. Smaller core team of IOM professionals that have developed a wonderful bond with the surgeons to create a pleasant and non-confrontational environment; All surgeries monitored remotely by a board certified neurologist.
- Schedule: 20 hours/week is the historical average.
- Call Requirements: Each individual takes call every 4th week (call pay is generous).
- Educational Opportunities: We are seeking those who have a passion for learning. We specifically seek individuals who welcome the opportunity to enhance their skills. Attendance at relevant conferences is encouraged, and you will even have a yearly stipend to attend a meeting of choice (ASET, ASNM, CSET, SSET, etc).
- Travel: None. All cases are performed at 3 hospitals and 1 surgical center in Denver.
- Case Breakdown: 90% spine, 10% craniotomies; Willing to train on craniotomies for those with the desire to learn.
- Location: Denver, CO
- Compensation: $90k-$100k base salary + year-end performance bonus + an additional team-based bonus program (cherished by employees) + call pay + 3 weeks PTO + paid HC insurance + 401k + Relocation. Historically, team members have taken home $110k-$120k per year.
- Non-Compete: There is no non-compete requirement.
- Starting date: Due to the time-consuming credentialing process among Denver hospitals, a starting date may be set 30-60 days after the position is accepted. This can be discussed during a formal interview.
