We have a unique opportunity for an experienced IOM professional in Los Angeles, CA. All cases will take place at only four facilities, and there is zero weekday call. If you would like to make an impact on patient well-being in the region, please let us know.
Position details and requirements:
- Clinical Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of clinical IOM experience + CNIM.
- Team environment: Work with a core group of neurophysiologists in the area. This is a tech-centered company that has an open-door policy with management, enabling you to speak 1 on 1 with the President at any time. You’ll work with the same surgeons weekly and never placed in an unfamiliar environment.
- Case Breakdown: 80% spine, 15% crani, 5% vascular
- Location: Los Angeles, CA (Santa Monica, Hollywood, and Long Beach)
- Compensation: $110k-$130k + HC insurance + 401k + paid cell plan. Please note that the higher end of the spectrum is geared towards those who can cover complex crani’s.
- Schedule: 4 days per week is the norm.
- Call Requirement: Light weekend call may occur, but no weekday call. Any call taken is paid.
- Flexible PTO: Taken on an “as desired” basis with no fixed limit. Employees have found this policy to be fair, and it has not been abused.
- Travel: None. All cases are in West LA or Long Beach. You can realistically reside in Santa Monica, Hollywood, or any coastal community such as Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, or Long Beach.
